WORKDAY Sr Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Develop user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
Support testing, implementation, and change management activities.
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate across Workday, integrations, analytics, and employee experience initiatives.
Qualifications
5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Experience with HR systems and business processes.
Strong requirements management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
