Technical Product Owner
We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical development. The ideal candidate has strong experience in requirements gathering, software testing, product management, and leading development teams.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
Review requirements with the development team and ensure they are clearly understood.
Participate in and coordinate software testing, QA, UAT, and acceptance testing.
Review test results and work with QA and developers to resolve issues.
Manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead and coordinate a team of developers and QA engineers.
Monitor team progress and remove blockers.
Conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
Communicate product progress, risks, and priorities to stakeholders.
Ensure delivered features meet business requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar technical role.
Strong experience writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Hands-on experience with software testing and QA processes.
Experience managing or leading development and QA teams.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good understanding of software development processes and technical architecture.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
