Key Responsibilities
Post internship opportunities on job portals and social media platforms
Source and screen candidate resumes
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Coordinate onboarding activities for selected candidates
Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process
Submit daily work updates and reports
Support recruitment and other HR-related activities
