CalciteLearn Technologies Private Limited is seeking a results-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a consultative approach, and proven experience in education sector counseling.

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time | On-Site (Work From Home not available)
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀: 5 Days a Week
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month + Benefits
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Counsel prospective students, parents, and working professionals on suitable courses and career pathways
Manage the complete admission cycle, from initial enquiry to successful enrollment
Consistently meet weekly and monthly admission and enrollment targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and lead records in the CRM system
Conduct regular, structured follow-ups with prospective students to support conversion
Coordinate closely with academic and marketing teams to ensure alignment with ongoing campaigns
Deliver a professional and consistent experience to every student and parent interaction
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆: Prior experience in the education sector, specifically in counseling college students, university students, and working professionals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong consultative and interpersonal skills with a student-first orientation
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a target-driven environment
Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of enquiries
