ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design and development of cutting-edge user interfaces and experiences, ensuring a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Sketch.
Drive user-centered design principles and best practices, championing the creation of intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
Implement responsive and adaptive design techniques, optimizing user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
Continuously assess and improve the user experience by conducting usability testing, A/B testing, and gathering user feedback.
Create and maintain a consistent design system and style guide, promoting design consistency and efficiency.
Develop interactive front-end web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern libraries/frameworks like React or Vue.js.
Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless integration of design elements and provide technical guidance for UI/UX implementation.
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to remain at the forefront of UI/UX innovation.
Mentor junior designers and engineers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.

Ability to create wireframes, user flows, visual design assets, and interactive prototypes/high-fidelity mockups.
Skill in identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
Review and edit the mockups according to the client's feedback.
Follow the client’s instructions concerning style, color schemes, and fonts, etc.
Monitor and manage the previously developed systems.
Conduct user tests of developed applications to evaluate user experience.
Stay updated with information on the latest UI trends and design skills
Experience in designing user interfaces with responsive web applications across various hardware platforms (desktops, tablets, and mobile phones).
Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions effectively
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of UI/UX design experience
Strong visual and UI design skills
Proficiency in UX software such as InVision, Figma, Balsamiq, or XD
Ability to understand client needs and design complete user experiences
Experience with website and responsive design
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently
Good communication skills
Passionate about UX design and latest trends/technologies
Strong design thinking skills.
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
