About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. You will work directly in English with international clients and prospects, identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Active outbound prospecting of potential clients
Lead qualification and opportunity follow-up
Close qualified opportunities and convert prospects into clients (high tickets)
Communication in English with clients and prospects (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
CRM tracking and pipeline management
Requirements:
Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory
Previous experience in business development, B2B sales, or similar roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable computer and internet connection
Availability to work hours aligned with North America
