Essential Functions:
A Payroll Consultant must have a demonstrated high level understanding of payroll, time keeping and/or payroll tax some experience in bookkeeping and accounting in a business setting; or skills in a particular area of expertise necessary to provide payroll services to clients.
Customer Service skills are essential for this role.
Experience in the HCM space including benefit enrollment and onboarding of new employees
Responsible for obtaining and reconciling information for payroll from all assigned clients.
Preparation of quarterly and annual payroll tax report packages (including 1099's and W2’s).
Ongoing support for clients, including questions, issues, employee questions.
Qualifications:
A high level understanding of payroll, time keeping and/or payroll tax and benefits
3+ years’ experience in payroll or bookkeeping, and accounting in a business setting
Demonstrated customer service skills
iSolved HCM Solution experience is preferred

The anticipated hiring base salary for this role is: $55,000-$65,000.
Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to education, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
