Quality Control Inspector Lead

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Lead Inspector to lead inspection activities and mentor a team of inspectors. This role ensures compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and EPD quality requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and supervise quality control inspectors.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Foster a culture of accountability and quality excellence.
Inspection Oversight
Oversee advanced visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.
Investigate nonconformities and verify corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with UL-891, ANSI/NEMA, and IEC standards.
Documentation & Reporting
Manage inspection documentation and reporting.
Monitor inspection metrics and quality trends.
Ensure accurate ERP system records.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of quality control experience.
1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and electrical systems.
Experience with ERP systems and quality documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in Quality Control, Electrical Technology, or related field.
Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification preferred.
OSHA 10 certification required.
