TiPosition Summary:
The Account Representative, HVAC Programs is responsible for increasing distributor and dealer participation in current utility sponsored HVAC programs while contributing to strategy development and securing new business opportunities with Utility, Government, Distributor and Manufacturer clients as requested. This individual will partner with department leadership to ensure effective coordination and collaboration with all organization departments while achieving department and organization goals.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
· Lead the successful delivery of utility midstream HVAC programs to include manufacturer, distributor and dealer recruitment and participation.
· Develop program specific outreach plans to achieve participation levels required to meet program goals.
· Manage communication with designated distributors and clients.
· Utilize EGIA and/or client provided systems to track and report program results.
· Support sales and marketing strategy to secure additional HVAC distributor direct program administration opportunities.
· Partner with other organizational departments to cross sell additional EGIA services including Contractor University and OPTIMUS Financing to existing and new clients.
· Create and deliver engaging presentations in person and virtually to potential clients, program participants and additional stakeholders.
· Support the writing of proposals, RFI responses and other activities to secure new work.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years equivalent HVAC industry experience.
· Technical knowledge of HVAC products.
· 5 + years’ sales experience with HVAC manufacturers or distributors.
· Effective written and verbal communications skills including use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Location:
· Remote position based in PA
Travel:
· Up to 75% local travel within Pennsylvania, with limited overnight travel as needed.

EGIA Employment Benefits
Salary: $69,000–$84,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with the majority of premiums paid by EGIA
Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 4% company match
Paid Time Off: 15 PTO days annually, plus 10 paid holidays
