Connect With Prospective Clients
Follow up with people who have expressed interest and conduct structured phone conversations to understand their goals and assess fit.
Guide the Client Journey
Support qualified prospects through an established information and sales process, providing clear and professional communication throughout.
Manage Follow-Up
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients and keep accurate records using digital systems and CRM tools.
Develop Your Skills
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship across marketing, client engagement, sales and personal development.
