Role Description The VP of Leadership Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, leading, and scaling leadership development initiatives aligned with the LiderA Method. This role oversees the strategy and execution of mentoring programs, workshops, and training experiences that support women in leadership across diverse industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, developing curricula and learning paths, managing program delivery, and evaluating impact through feedback and performance metrics. The VP will collaborate closely with the founder, coaches, and partners to ensure offerings remain innovative, evidence-based, and relevant to current leadership challenges. Additional responsibilities include building strategic partnerships, contributing thought leadership content, and representing LiderA in webinars, events, and community engagements.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in leadership development, including designing and implementing programs that support emerging and senior leaders.
Experience in needs analysis and consulting to assess organizational and individual leadership gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
Proficiency in training design and facilitation, with a track record of delivering engaging, outcome-focused workshops and mentoring sessions.
Knowledge of succession planning practices and talent development strategies that build robust leadership pipelines.
Strong strategic thinking, program management, and analytical skills to design, measure, and continuously improve leadership initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust, foster inclusion, and work effectively in a remote environment.
Experience working with or supporting women in leadership, and a commitment to authenticity, equity, and purpose-driven leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or coaching certification is a plus.
