Your profile
8-12+ years of experience, ideally within management consulting or a comparable advisory environment, with a strong track record delivering workforce, organization, transformation, or people-related engagements for large and complex organizations.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, leading pursuits, and contributing to business growth.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including leading multidisciplinary teams, coaching and developing colleagues, and creating high-performing project environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior leaders.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, spoken and written.
Strong academic background, with a Master's degree preferred in business administration, organizational psychology, HR, engineering, economics, or a related discipline
Note: Valid Swedish work permit is required.

Location In line with our trust based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you will be based in our attractively located Stockholm or Gothenburg office, ready to travel to our clients’ sites when needed.
