Role Description
We are seeking a Digital Asset Trading Strategy Specialist to support cryptocurrency market research, trading strategy development, technical analysis, and digital-asset intelligence. This role will focus on analyzing crypto markets, identifying trading patterns and opportunities, monitoring market structure, and developing research-driven strategy content for a trading and financial-education environment.
The specialist will combine digital-asset market knowledge with trading analytics and strategy development, helping translate complex cryptocurrency market activity into practical insights that can support trader education, simulated trading, and the continued development of TradeAP's market-focused platform.
Responsibilities
• Monitor cryptocurrency markets, price movements, trading volume, liquidity, volatility, and market sentiment
• Research trading opportunities across Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, stablecoins, DeFi assets, and emerging digital-asset sectors
• Develop and evaluate crypto trading strategies using technical, quantitative, and market-structure analysis
• Analyze price action, momentum, support and resistance, trends, order flow, volatility, and market cycles
• Conduct research across centralized exchanges, decentralized exchanges, DeFi protocols, and digital-asset markets
• Build trading watchlists, market dashboards, strategy trackers, and research frameworks
• Analyze historical market data to evaluate trading strategies and potential risk characteristics
• Prepare daily and weekly digital-asset market updates, trading research, and strategy reports
• Monitor blockchain developments, token launches, protocol upgrades, liquidity shifts, and major market catalysts
• Track portfolio exposure, position sizing, volatility, drawdowns, and risk-management considerations
• Support development of crypto-focused educational materials and trading simulations
• Translate complex market concepts into clear and practical insights for traders and learners
• Collaborate with product, education, research, and technology teams to improve digital-asset trading experiences
• Maintain structured research databases covering tokens, exchanges, protocols, market indicators, and trading strategies
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in cryptocurrency, digital-asset trading, financial markets, investment research, fintech, or trading strategy
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology
• Knowledge of technical analysis, market structure, volatility, liquidity, and trading risk
• Familiarity with Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, stablecoins, exchanges, and digital-asset portfolios
• Experience developing or evaluating trading strategies is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with TradingView, crypto exchanges, blockchain explorers, market-data platforms, or analytics tools
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills
• Ability to interpret market data and communicate trading concepts clearly
• Understanding of portfolio management, position sizing, risk controls, and trading discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
• CFA, CMT, FRM, blockchain, or other relevant qualifications are a plus

Compensation
$105,000–$125,000 per year, depending on experience, trading expertise, digital-asset knowledge, and analytical capabilities.
