Product Manager
Location: North Carolina - Remote
About The Role
A Geneva web product manager will help support technical related escalations, new feature development and process management and improvement.

How You Will Make An Impact
Partner with leadership to create solutions for features and enhancements.
Define product requirements and collaborate with designers, engineers, and quality assurance to design and deliver cutting edge solutions.
Work with the leadership team to define scope, schedules and communicate status throughout the development process.
Collaborate with teams to develop first class documentation, trainings, and case studies for the product.
Execute minimum acceptance testing on new features and functionality.
Handle escalated support incidents on an ongoing basis.
Self-start and quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of the business, workflow, product and systems that interface with Geneva and use that knowledge to proactively add value to the development process.
Required Experience
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
Must possess excellent listening, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly to influence others.
Ability to apply troubleshooting and analytical skills when resolving problems.
Team-oriented; ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of people and roles from business users to highly technical developers and QA engineers.
Works well under pressure.
Willingness to collaborate across time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a technical field is highly preferred.
