📍 Remote (West Coast) + consistent commute to Twin Falls, ID
💵 Base $95,000-$105,000 + uncapped commission (1% new business / 0.1% existing book) + full benefits
Serac Inc., a leading packaging machinery OEM (filling, capping, and cup-filling systems), is expanding its account management team and hiring a Customer Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of our most strategic West Coast accounts. This is a remote, home-based role for a candidate on the West Coast, with consistent onsite presence in the Twin Falls, ID area and travel across the territory.
In this role you will:
🔹 Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of key West Coast accounts
🔹 Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans
🔹 Sell upgrades, retrofits, tooling, spare parts, and maintenance contracts
🔹 Partner with operations, engineering, and field service to deliver for customers
🔹 Serve as the trusted bridge between the customer's production floor and our technical teams
What we're looking for:
✅ 5+ years in the packaging industry (filling/capping equipment experience is a big plus, not required)
✅ 5+ years managing client accounts with proven revenue growth
✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
✅ Strong account planning, negotiation, and communication skills
✅ Based on the West Coast, within reach of the Twin Falls, ID area (no relocation required)
🇫🇷 French is a plus
💵 Base $95,000-$105,000 + uncapped commission (1% new business / 0.1% existing book) + full benefits
