Job Description
Position Summary
As an RPA professional at Accurate, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions built using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop flows) and Kapow (Kofax RPA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incidents, monitoring and supporting automation solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs. This role requires an understanding of automation technologies, incident management and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in automation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Incident Management
Monitor automation workflows through:
Microsoft Power Platform/Dashboards
Kapow Management Console
Track and respond to alerts, failures and SLA breaches
Perform incident logging/updates in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Communicate status updates and outages to stakeholders
L1-Support Responsibilities
Perform initial triage and basic troubleshooting of incidents
Analyze and debug reported issues:
Power Automate flows (run history, logs, input/output data, connectors)
Kapow Robot (design, execution flow, scraping logic)
Restart failed bots/flows as per SOPs
Identify common issues (timeouts, credential failures, missing inputs)
Escalate unresolved/critical issues to Dev Lead
Maintain SOPs, runbooks and knowledge base articles
Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
Perform detailed RCA for recurring incidents
Document root causes, corrective and preventive actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Any specialization).
Basic understanding of:
Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop flows)
Kapow / Kofax RPA (Design Studio, Management Console)
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of APIs, Json and SQL (preferred)
Basic knowledge of Python and Javascript (good to have)
Familiarity with:
ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Documentation and reporting skills
Enthusiasm for emerging and futuristic technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Time: 6:30 PM - 4:00 AM
Work Location: India Remote
