Role Description The Cash Management Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in North Babylon, NY. This individual oversees daily cash positioning, monitors bank balances, and ensures adequate liquidity for operational needs. Responsibilities include managing treasury and cash management activities, reviewing and executing fund transfers, and reconciling cash accounts in coordination with the finance team. The role involves preparing cash flow forecasts, analyzing variances, and maintaining accurate records of all cash-related transactions. The Cash Management Officer also collaborates with internal stakeholders and banking partners to optimize cash utilization, support compliance with internal controls, and assist with process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Treasury Management and Cash Management skills.
Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and Analytical Skills.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills.
Experience with cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and treasury systems is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a corporate treasury or cash management role is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
