Role Description The Vice President of Corporate M&A and Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Namobrahma Studios’ growth through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and investments. This position oversees the end-to-end deal process, including opportunity sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and integration planning, with a focus on expanding the company’s capabilities and market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analyses, building financial models to assess potential transactions, and preparing executive-level presentations and investment proposals. The role collaborates closely with finance, legal, operations, and creative leadership to perform due diligence, manage transaction risks, and ensure strategic alignment. The Vice President also contributes to long-term corporate strategy, identifies new business verticals, and maintains relationships with external advisors, investors, and potential partners.
Qualifications
Strong Corporate Development and Acquisitions skills, including experience managing end-to-end M&A and strategic partnership processes.
Robust Finance and Financial Modeling capabilities to evaluate deals, build scenarios, and support data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated expertise in Due Diligence, including operational, financial, legal, and commercial assessments.
Proven track record in strategic planning, growth initiatives, and portfolio optimization within media, advertising, or related industries (preferred).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to executive leadership.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed environment, with strong organizational and project management skills.
Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in corporate M&A and development will be considered.
