Accounting Assistan

Role Description The Founder will provide strategic leadership and direction for lp-hélène-boucher-lycée-des-métiers-de-la-restauration-de-la-propreté-et-de-l-environnement in a part-time, remote capacity. This role involves defining the institution’s vision and mission, setting long-term objectives, and ensuring alignment with educational and professional standards in the fields of hospitality, cleanliness, and environmental services. The Founder will oversee key initiatives, build partnerships with industry and community stakeholders, and support the development of programs that enhance learner outcomes and institutional reputation. Day-to-day tasks include participating in strategic planning meetings, reviewing proposals and reports, mentoring key staff, supporting fundraising or grant efforts, and representing the institution in remote conferences or events. The role also requires monitoring performance metrics, ensuring good governance practices, and adapting strategies in response to changing educational and market needs.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in founding, leading, or significantly shaping an educational institution, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization.
Strong strategic planning and organizational leadership skills, including the ability to set priorities and manage complex initiatives in a part-time, remote context.
Background or strong interest in hospitality, cleaning services, environmental practices, or related vocational education fields.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders such as educators, industry partners, learners, and public agencies.
Proven capacity for governance, ethical decision-making, and stewardship of institutional resources.
Comfort with remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms, and readiness to lead virtually across locations and time zones.
Ability to mentor and support senior staff, cultivate a positive organizational culture, and encourage innovation in programs and services.
Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or partnership development is highly beneficial.
Relevant higher education degree in management, education, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
