📍 Location: 100% Remote (Open to talent across LATAM: Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Uruguay).

💡 About the Challenge
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Migration Lead to drive a high-impact core modernization project in the banking and payment sector. You will lead the end-to-end migration strategy of credit and debit card core systems from legacy environments into a robust Cloud infrastructure.
You will act as the key strategic and technical bridge between our global, English-speaking cloud technology partner and the executive and engineering leaders of the client bank.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Migration Strategy: Define, design, plan, and execute legacy-to-cloud migration for core banking/payment systems.
Team & QA Leadership: Lead daily operations for specialized migration engineers and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) teams.
Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment: Drive fluent technical and functional communication between external cloud implementers and bank stakeholders.
Data & Integration Management: Oversee data cleansing, API integration, Batch processing, and ETL workflows.
Compliance & Security: Ensure strict adherence to PCI-DSS standards and banking regulatory requirements.
🛠️ Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading complex data migration, cloud architecture, or core banking/payments projects (Credit & Debit cards).
Bilingual / Advanced English (C1/C2) with proven technical fluency for daily cross-border collaboration.
Strong technical domain: Cloud Architecture, Migration Strategies, Batch Processing, API Integration, ETL, and PCI-DSS.
Leadership & Influence: Proven experience guiding remote/distributed teams and managing executive stakeholders.
