Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Affiliate Marketing Manager. The role involves managing and growing affiliate partnerships in the FX and crypto space, including onboarding new affiliates, optimizing existing relationships, and monitoring performance metrics. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies, prepare and analyze campaign reports, and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines. Daily tasks include negotiating deals and commission structures, coordinating marketing assets, collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams, and identifying new opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue. The role requires proactive communication with partners and continuous testing of offers, creatives, and landing pages.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Management and Affiliate Marketing skills, including experience with affiliate networks and partnership optimization.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate agreements, and present performance insights clearly.
Candidates should possess Marketing skills, such as campaign planning, performance analysis, and understanding of digital marketing channels.
Candidates should possess Sales-oriented skills, including lead generation, closing partnership deals, and driving revenue growth.
Experience in FX, crypto, or fintech industries is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including proficiency with tracking platforms, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
