Job description:

Our headquarters are located in Singapore, boasting (39) offices worldwide, and a dedicated team exceeding (800+) professionals who service clients from (100+) countries or regions. We proudly lead numerous immigration programs regarding application volume and success rates.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth consultation sessions with high net-worth clients to understand their immigration objectives, financial background, and long-term planning needs
Design and present tailor-made immigration solutions and proposals aligned with clients’ personal, family, and business goals
Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial consultation, needs analysis, proposal presentation, objection handling, to deal closure
Proactively follow up with prospective and existing clients to address concerns, provide professional advice, and drive timely conversion
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent communication and high-quality advisory services
Collaborate closely with internal teams (case processing, legal, operations) to ensure smooth handover after deal closure
Maintain accurate client records, sales progress, and pipeline updates in the CRM system
Uphold company’s brand reputation by delivering a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and client experience
Stay up to date with global immigration programs, policy changes, and market trends to provide accurate, compliant, and strategic guidance
Meet and exceed individual sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs
Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder
Minimum 1 year of high-value / consultative sales experience
(e.g. immigration, financial services, wealth management, insurance, real estate, luxury services)
Documented Sales Champion / Top Performer background is REQUIRED
Ranked Top 1–3 within team OR
Achieved Top 10–20% sales performance company-wide OR
Recipient of official sales awards / exceeded quota by a significant margin
Professional-level fluency in English (spoken & written)
Must be able to independently conduct client consultations, negotiations, and follow-ups in both languages
Strong closing ability with a proven record of converting high-intent leads into signed clients
Additional
Mon-Fri. Full-time, 40 hours per week
High commission
High chances for internal jobs transfer and promotion
