Tech Recruiter (Part-Time)

Part Time -Tech Recruiter (fully remote):
When you place 8 to 10 placements per year, you should be making $80,000 - $120,000 in commissions.

Who is this for?
We are looking to do 50/50 splits with a talented recruiter who has their own LI Recruiter license. This is a part-time role at an agency where there are no set hours, just weekly results.
Who is this not for?
This is not for someone looking for full time employment, base salary, or currently unemployed.
Compensation: 50% of revenue collected.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented sourcer & screener to help identify top tech talent for active job orders we have.
The role is designed for autonomous individuals who want part time work, can find candidates autonomously, submit them to us weekly. This is a great way to compliment your current income if you have access to the tools, but we don't see it as a way to replace your full time paycheck at the moment.
Great opportunity for high agency recruiters who want access to quality job orders. Will be selective with who we bring on.
