Position Overview
As a Customer Support & Sales Executive, you will assist customers with web hosting and domain-related inquiries while recommending suitable hosting solutions based on their business requirements. You will play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, ticket system, and phone.
Assist customers with web hosting, domain registration, DNS, SSL certificates, email hosting, and related services.
Guide customers in selecting the most suitable hosting plans.
Register, transfer, renew, and manage domain names.
Troubleshoot basic hosting and website-related issues.
Escalate complex technical issues to the system administration team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Deliver professional, friendly, and timely customer support.
Stay updated with the latest hosting technologies and company products.
Requirements
Required Skills
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of:
Web Hosting (Shared, VPS, Dedicated, Cloud)
Domain Registration
DNS Management
SSL Certificates
cPanel & WHM
Email Hosting
WordPress Hosting
Basic knowledge of websites and web technologies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer conversations.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in web hosting or customer support.
Familiarity with WHMCS.
Experience with Linux hosting environments.
Basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, WordPress, or website management.
Sales or technical support experience is a plus.
Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
