Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Recruiters / Sourcers to join our US Staffing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to work in the US shift, and an interest in sourcing and recruiting candidates for US-based job opportunities.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruiting channels.
Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess skills, experience, availability, and interest.
Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
Contact candidates through phone, email, and other professional communication channels.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
Meet daily and weekly sourcing/recruitment targets.
Learn and apply US staffing terminology, recruitment processes, and employment requirements.
Maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Good English communication is required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong willingness to learn US staffing/recruitment.
Ability to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Comfortable working in an onsite environment.
Experience
6 months to 2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience preferred.
Experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment will be an advantage.
Freshers are welcome if they have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment.
