The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional loan servicing role; it's an opportunity to help build and shape a growing business from the ground up.
As one of the first major hires into LSA, you'll have the unique opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth where your contribution will genuinely help influence the future direction of the business. Working directly alongside senior leadership, you'll gain exposure well beyond day-to-day operations, partnering on client engagements, operational improvement initiatives and strategic growth opportunities.
For someone currently working within a bank, non-bank or agency operations environment, this role offers something increasingly rare: the chance to combine hands-on transaction execution with meaningful influence, visibility and ownership. You won't be one of many layers within a large organisation; you'll be a key contributor working in tandem with experienced industry leaders and helping establish the operational foundations that support future growth.
You'll gain broad exposure across loan servicing, agency and real estate lending while building trusted relationships with lenders, borrowers and advisers across the market.

Reporting to the Head of Loan Servicing, you will manage a portfolio of loan servicing engagements, acting as the central point of coordination between borrowers, lenders and their advisers.

Support Facility Agent operations as required.
Support with building and developing a high-performing team as the business grows.
About You
You're a lending operations professional who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong stakeholder relationships and taking ownership of outcomes.
You will bring:
At least four to five years’ experience in a post-settlement, loan servicing environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
