Experience Design Consultant (1099)

We are seeking self-motivated individuals interested in building an independent, commission-based business within an established support and mentorship framework.
PLEASE NOTE: This opportunity is in the travel industry and focuses on helping clients plan and coordinate travel and experiences. While the title is Experience Design Consultant, this is not a UX/UI, software development, computer science, product design, or other technology-focused position. Applicants from all professional backgrounds are welcome to explore the opportunity, but no technical or computer science experience is required.
This is not a traditional W-2 employment role and does not include hourly pay or salary. Instead, participants operate as independent contractors while developing real-world skills in sales, client relationship management, and small business operations.
Many individuals begin part-time while building experience alongside other work or career paths. This opportunity focuses on helping clients plan and coordinate meaningful experiences while developing relationship management and service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and manage client relationships
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Apply sales and communication best practices
• Operate independently using established systems
• Participate in training and mentorship
