THE WORK
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote continuous learning, self-organization, accountability, and transparent delivery.
Coordinate priorities, risks, impediments, and dependencies across SAP Finance & Analytics workstreams, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing improvement.
Connect Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams through workshops, planning sessions, and structured decision-making.
Support transformation, reporting, and migration initiatives involving SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and SAP integrations.
Apply adaptable and open-minded facilitation across global teams while embracing challenges as opportunities to improve processes and delivery outcomes.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Build experience in Agile delivery for international SAP Finance & Analytics transformation programs.
Develop your SAP domain knowledge while collaborating with Product Owners, finance stakeholders, technical specialists, and globally distributed delivery teams.
Strengthen your coaching and facilitation skills by supporting delivery improvement, migration planning, and cross-team collaboration.
Experience introducing lightweight delivery metrics, feedback loops, or standardized Agile practices.
Very good command of both Polish and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international environment.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
Scrum Master or other relevant Agile certification.
Understanding of SAP integration concepts, including IDOC-based interfaces.
