subcontractors and small to mid-size general contractors, Sledge is already live with a growing group of beta users.
About the role
Each week you'll get briefs, Premiere Pro templates (.mogrt), and the assets for them: screen recordings of
Sledge, logos, copy, music, and footage. You turn those into finished videos, fast and in volume. Most pieces run 15 to 45 seconds, vertical, for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The script and on-screen text are written for you. Your job is to make every template look like Sledge, not like a template.
What we're looking for
Strong in Adobe Premiere Pro, including editing Essential Graphics (.mogrt) templates: text, colors, logos,
and media.
Fast cuts, burned-in captions, and clean exports for vertical social video
Experience putting real software UI into video: device mockups, zoom and pan, cursor highlights
Keeps a consistent look across every piece. Same fonts, same colors, same pacing.
Fast. Multiple finished videos a week, exported to spec and named properly.
Uses AI as a tool, not a crutch. If a viewer can tell AI made it, it doesn't ship.
Bonus: basic After Effects for adjusting template animation
