About the Role
Be Laban is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to take ownership of the financial and day-to-day operational management of our Bangalore business.
This is a hands-on role covering accounting, taxation, financial planning, inventory management, outlet operations and franchisee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
Handle GST, TDS, tax preparation and statutory compliance.
Manage invoices, payments, reconciliations and financial records.
Prepare monthly MIS, budgets and financial reports.
Track revenue, expenses, margins and cash flow.
Work with CA, auditors and tax consultants.
Stock & Operations
Manage daily stock and inventory across Bangalore outlets.
Plan and coordinate procurement and vendor orders.
Track wastage, stock movement and inventory discrepancies.
Ensure outlets are properly stocked and operational every day.
Conduct regular outlet visits and monitor operational standards.
Resolve day-to-day outlet and operational issues.
Franchisee & Partner Management
Coordinate with franchisees, vendors and business partners.
Ensure franchisees follow financial and operational processes.
Track payments, sales, stock and other partner requirements.
Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders.
Must Have
3+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, taxation and financial planning.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software skills.
Experience with inventory or operations management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Comfortable working both with numbers and on-ground at outlets.
F&B, restaurant, retail, franchise or D2C experience is preferred.

Someone who can manage the books, understand the numbers, control inventory and ensure the outlets are running smoothly.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to help build and manage the Be Laban Bangalore business from the ground up.
