Key Responsibilities
Follow job-specific work instructions to complete hands-on production tasks safely and accurately
Set up materials/equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area
Perform quality checks at every step and speak up if something doesn’t look right
Keep production moving by reviewing schedules and communicating material needs
Work efficiently to meet or exceed daily time standards—our team thrives on hitting goals together
Support your teammates—jump in and help when you can
Follow Cam Tran’s ISO procedures and safety protocols consistently
Actively participate in team huddles and offer feedback and ideas
Take care of your tools and equipment—do pre-use safety checks and report issues
Other duties assigned by the Value Stream Supervisor
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications:
High Attention to Detail - verify accuracy of relevant information located on the sticker on the coil. You need to make sure the dimensions are as exact, with the tolerance only being +/3/8” or the coil will be no good
Evaluating Information to Determine with Standards – Using relevant information and individual judgement to determine pack out of the coil with Masonite to meet the specifications
Inspecting Equipment or Material: Inspecting equipment and the quality of the coil press
Manual Dexterity – Paying close attention to when you are inserting a wedge that you are cautious to avoid injury to hands
High Level of Accuracy - Record bake cycle times and verify the specifications as per the sticker.
Lifting and Pushing – Coils, metal plates and wedges

Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain standing in a stationary position for extended periods.
Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Able to perform moderate physical activities, including frequent handling and movement of materials, use of hands and arms, and operation and positioning of equipment.
Frequent pushing and pulling of objects as part of daily tasks.
