The Role
We are looking for a Growth & GTM Strategist who doesn't wait for a task list.
Someone who sees an opportunity and goes after it.
Someone who can look at Traxx's current position, understand our product and market, identify where the opportunities are, build a strategy, test it in the real world, learn from what happens, and keep moving.
This is not a role where you'll be given a list of marketing tasks every Monday.
You will be expected to help us figure out how Traxx gets customers, how we understand them better, how we position ourselves, and how we grow.
You'll work directly with the founder and product team to turn ideas into experiments, experiments into learning, and learning into growth.
What You'll Own
How we consistently get the right logistics businesses to adopt Traxx
Customer discovery and market intelligence
Cold calling logistics businesses and companies with in-house fleets to find out what problems they face proffer Traxx as a solution that fits.
Experimenting with unconventional ways to get Traxx in front of the right businesses.
Identify new markets, partnerships, channels, and growth opportunities.
What We Need From You
We're looking for someone who is:
