Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter who is interested in developing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Extensive recruiting experience is NOT required. We are open to candidates who are new to the field or have limited experience, as long as they demonstrate an excellent attitude, strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a performance-driven mindset.
This is a work-from-home, hourly-paid position that requires availability to work on weekends when necessary to meet our clients' requisitions.
Responsibilities
Search for and identify potential candidates through different recruiting channels.
Contact candidates by phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms.
Conduct initial candidate screenings.
Review resumes and identify candidates who meet basic job requirements.
Schedule candidates for interviews and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
Meet reasonable recruiting and hiring goals.
Learn and apply the company's recruiting processes and best practices.
Requirements
Excellent attitude and strong willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Performance-driven and comfortable working toward goals.
Organized and able to follow up consistently with candidates.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Previous recruitment, customer service, BPO, sales, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
Open to work Weekends when necessary.
Ability to work independently from home.

Reliable computer/laptop suitable for daily work.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Headset with microphone.
Quiet and professional workspace.
Reliable power backup (inverter, UPS, power station, or equivalent).
