Meditech Project Manager

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a MEDITECH Project Manager for a 6-month Staff Augmentation opportunity.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage MEDITECH implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects from initiation through go-live
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
Coordinate with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
Track project milestones, risks, and issues, escalating and resolving as needed
Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to leadership and project sponsors
Manage project budget, scope changes, and vendor coordination as applicable
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals
Support change management and end-user readiness activities related to MEDITECH initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience managing MEDITECH implementation, upgrade, or support projects
Strong understanding of MEDITECH modules and healthcare IT project workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
