Role Description
We're hiring our first Senior Full-Stack Engineer — a full-time, on-site role in Yerevan. You'll own features end to end, from the database schema to the pixel, and have a real say in how the product and the codebase grow.
Want you'll work on
AI tailoring and cover letters — structured LLM output, prompt design, and making every AI edit traceable, reviewable and undoable
Our own client-side PDF engine — templates defined as data, pagination rules, a live canvas preview that matches the downloaded file exactly
The product surface — the resume editor, the application tracker, onboarding, billing and plan limits
Background jobs, telemetry, performance and security across the stack

How we work: small tasks, one commit each, tests before "done", written architecture decisions, and code review on everything that ships.
Qualifications
5+ years building production web applications, with deep TypeScript and React experience
Solid back-end skills: API design, data modelling (MongoDB is a plus), background jobs, auth
You've owned features from design to deployment and kept them healthy in production
You write tests and clean, maintainable code without being asked
Care for the details users notice — performance, accessibility, clear copy
Experience shipping LLM-powered features is a strong plus; curiosity and fast learning count too Experience with SaaS, productivity tools or document rendering (PDF, typography) is a bonus Comfortable reading and writing technical English
