Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-Based) quarterly travel (up to 4 times per year) to Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN

Lead Enterprise Process Governance Transformation
Are you a seasoned SAP Signavio expert who has successfully built governance programs from the ground up? Trissential is hiring an experienced SAP Signavio Implementation & Governance Consultant to join our client's team and play a critical role in a major Customer Core transformation initiative.
This is not a traditional process modeling position. You'll have the opportunity to architect and implement enterprise-wide governance standards, establish sustainable operating models, and help shape how business processes are governed, measured, and improved across a large organization.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and scaling of SAP Signavio governance capabilities across the Customer Core Program
Partner with the Process Governance Manager to define governance strategy, ownership structures, and operational standards
Design and implement governance frameworks including process ownership, approval workflows, repository management, and version control standards
Configure and administer SAP Signavio modules including Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Governance, Process Intelligence, and Process Insights
Establish repository structures, access controls, permissions, security models, and governance workflows
Define, develop, and implement governance dashboards, reporting capabilities, KPIs, and process health metrics
Drive enterprise adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, onboarding, and change management activities
Collaborate with SAP, architecture, business, and data teams to enable integrations and process intelligence capabilities
Create enterprise standards, governance operating models, implementation roadmaps, and best practices
Identify governance risks, process gaps, compliance concerns, and continuous improvement opportunities
Present governance maturity, adoption metrics, recommendations, and business outcomes to senior leadership
Serve as the organization's SAP Signavio governance subject matter expert
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
7+ years of business process transformation, business process management, SAP, process excellence, or governance experience
4+ years of hands-on SAP Signavio implementation and administration experience
Proven experience standing up and scaling SAP Signavio for large enterprise organizations
Deep expertise in SAP Signavio Governance functionality
Experience developing and implementing enterprise governance frameworks
Hands-on experience configuring governance structures rather than solely performing process modeling activities
Experience designing process ownership, approval workflows, repository structures, and version control standards
Strong knowledge of Signavio Process Intelligence, Process Insights, and Process Mining capabilities
Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple business groups without direct authority
Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous environments with minimal ramp-up
Strong communication, facilitation, training, and presentation skills
Experience delivering executive-level reporting, governance metrics, and strategic recommendations
Bonus Points If You Have
Utility, energy, or regulated industry experience
Experience building governance programs from the ground up
SAP ecosystem expertise and enterprise SAP integrations
Jira experience
Confluence experience
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
Process excellence, BPM, Lean, or continuous improvement background
Experience developing governance adoption and change management programs
Education & Certifications You Need
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
SAP Signavio Certification strongly preferred
Relevant SAP certifications are considered a plus
Business Process Management, Process Excellence, or Governance certifications are beneficial

Competitive Compensation – $111-$121 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
