Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive role located in Lucknow. The Senior Executive will oversee and manage daily operations, lead strategic planning initiatives, coordinate with various departments, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include driving organizational goals, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Leadership, management, and decision-making abilities
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in strategic planning, problem-solving, and performance monitoring
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Knowledge of airline operations and industry regulations is an advantage
