Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for promoting Al Andalous Medical Company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders. Daily activities include conducting virtual sales meetings, presenting product benefits and therapeutic indications, and following up with existing and prospective customers to build strong, long-term relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to align on product positioning and market strategies. The Sales Specialist will also deliver remote product training sessions, respond to customer inquiries, and provide feedback from the field to support continuous improvement in products and services. Performance will be measured through achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company compliance and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and respond to inquiries clearly and professionally.
Candidates should possess proven Sales capabilities, including consultative selling and relationship-building skills, to drive product adoption and meet or exceed sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to deliver product education sessions and support the coordination of sales activities and planning.
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with knowledge of therapeutic areas and market dynamics, is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use digital tools and CRM systems for reporting and communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
