Senior Technical Recruiter/US IT Recruiter

Position: Sr. US IT Recruiter - US Staffing
Location: Hitech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Timings: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST
Openings: 6 Positions for Sr. Recruiters
High Priority: We need candidates who can start immediately. Cab Drop facility available for Female Employees only
Responsibilities:
4 – 6 years of experience in the recruitment process for clients in the US.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Procure people for different IT Requirements.
Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
Keeping abreast of the industry trends.
Solid experience in using ATS
Solid experience in working on job boards like Dice, Monster, CB etc.
Good hands experience in Social Media recruiting.
Requirements:
Strong experience in working with State Client, Direct clients, and Implementation Partners.
Experience in recruiting all tax terms, especially in W2 and CTH requirements.
Knowledgeable about different US work Visas.
Good understanding of technical requirements.
Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
