Founding Product Engineer (1–3 years’ experience)
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on engineer to help turn strong product ideas into real, usable products—fast.
You should be comfortable across both frontend and backend: building polished interfaces, connecting APIs, working with databases, and shipping features end-to-end. We use AI-assisted development and available open-source tools/libraries where they make sense—but you must also understand the underlying code well enough to build, debug and improve it properly.
You’ll work closely with a small, ambitious team to take products from rough concept to live customer use. This is ideal for someone who enjoys building, learning quickly and taking real ownership rather than being boxed into one narrow role.
What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of practical software engineering experience
• Strong frontend skills (e.g. React / Next.js / TypeScript)
• Comfortable with backend development, APIs, databases and authentication
• Able to work with modern AI coding tools, open-source libraries and cloud services
• Good product instinct: can translate a messy idea into a simple, useful user experience
• Curious, resourceful and comfortable moving quickly
• Excited to grow with a stellar team and build products that matter
Nice to have:
• Experience with Supabase, Firebase, Python, Node.js, AWS/Vercel, Stripe or LLM integrations
• Experience shipping a side project or startup product
• Strong eye for UI/UX
This is not just a “ticket-closing” engineering role. You’ll help shape what we build, how we build it, and how quickly we get it into customers’ hands.
