Lead Software Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Software Developer based in India.
This is a senior software engineering opportunity focused on advancing sophisticated aerospace simulation and digital engineering technologies.
You will design, develop, enhance, and maintain software components within a complex co-simulation environment.
The role combines C++, Python, SystemC, MATLAB/Simulink, software architecture, modeling, simulation, and system integration.
You will tackle challenging problems involving hybrid systems, multi-formalism simulation, model exchange, and distributed or real-time architectures.
Working alongside systems, software, model-based design, and test engineering teams, you will contribute to reliable, high-performance, and accurate solutions.
You will also provide technical leadership, influence architecture and design decisions, and mentor engineers while supporting engineering excellence.
This role is well suited to an experienced developer who enjoys applying advanced modeling and simulation concepts to complex, safety-focused engineering challenges.
