About this role
Seed and Series A companies in San Francisco/NYC/Remote are hiring their first engineers through the Yara Network, and there are more of these teams than any other kind we work with: dozens of them, hundreds of candidates in interviews, several hires already made. You'll work beside the founders in person, own entire products from day one, and get equity that actually matters. Many of these teams are under ten people with real revenue and top-tier investors.
Who this is for
You have a proof point: a strong program, a recognizable logo, or a shipped project people actually use.
You build with AI tools daily and have shipped LLM-powered features end to end.
You want ownership over comfort. Ambiguity, speed, and direct customer contact excite you.
You may be a good fit if you have
0 to 5 years of experience, or exceptional shipped work in less
TypeScript and React plus Python or Node, comfort across the stack
Agentic features you shipped: tool-calling, evals, real users
Energy for work-trial interviews: build for a day or two, get an answer
You live in the Bay Area or NYC, or you're ready to move for the right team
Appetite for early-stage equity and everything that comes with it
