Absolute Precision Testing LLC is seeking two dependable and professional Mobile DOT Specimen Collectors to join our growing team.
No prior experience is required. We are willing to provide on-the-job training and required collector certifications for the right candidates.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with assignment-based work. Hours and assignments may vary depending on client needs, and there is no guaranteed minimum number of hours.
Collectors will travel to client locations throughout New Jersey and New York to perform workplace drug and alcohol testing while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable testing procedures.
Responsibilities
Perform DOT and Non-DOT urine specimen collections
Complete Federal Custody and Control Forms and other required documentation accurately
Follow DOT specimen collection and chain-of-custody procedures
Travel to businesses, job sites, accident locations, and other client locations throughout NJ and NY
Communicate professionally with donors, clients, supervisors, and the scheduling team
Maintain accurate and complete collection records
Follow shy bladder and other required collection procedures
Accept scheduled, same-day, and occasional after-hours assignments based on availability
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
No prior specimen collection experience required
Training and certification can be provided
Must be willing to learn DOT collection procedures and compliance requirements
Valid driver's license required
Reliable transportation required
Must be comfortable traveling throughout New Jersey and New York
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently
Professional appearance and communication skills
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and documentation
Prior drug-testing, healthcare, laboratory, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
Current DOT Collector or Breath Alcohol Technician certification is a plus, but not required

Training & Certification
Selected candidates who do not already have experience may receive on-the-job training and assistance obtaining the required collector certifications.
