Sales Director DACH

Based in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt or Munich
Full-time | Remote
You will be responsible for leading commercial growth at Conference Hotel Group, with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the thrill of the chase, from spotting new opportunities to closing the deal.
As our new business driver, you will identify and develop new customer opportunities, build strong relationships and guide prospects from that first “Hello” all the way to “Let’s book”.
What You Will Do
Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach new business opportunities and potential customers
Activate your existing regional and global network of corporate clients booking hotels for meetings and events
Carry out outreach through cold calling, email and LinkedIn
Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
Conduct sales calls, meetings and presentations
Develop proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
Customer & Market Development
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for Conference Hotel Group's services
Monitor market developments and identify potential new customer segments
Develop opportunities to increase customer value and support commercial growth
Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the wider team
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Hotel Relations, Marketing and senior leadership to support customer needs
Manage administrative responsibilities, including keeping client and request information up to date and generating reports
Ensure relevant customer and sales information is communicated internally
Contribute to improving the sales process and commercial approach
Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation activities, sharing customer insight to help shape campaigns and lead generation

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Sales, Hospitality Management or a related field
Five years experience in multi-property sales, global sales and hospitality
Proven personal network with direct corporate clients booking hotels for meetings and events
Driving licence
Experienced in hospitality, the MICE industry, travel or technology
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German
Eligible to work in the EU
