Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer. The engineer will design, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to support Kreazy Ai’s products and services. Day-to-day tasks include researching and prototyping AI solutions, developing and maintaining production-grade software components, and integrating models into applications and services. The role involves analyzing data patterns, building and tuning neural network architectures, and working with natural language processing techniques where applicable. The engineer will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements, evaluate performance, and refine models through experimentation and testing. Responsibilities also include writing clear technical documentation, participating in code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of the AI development pipeline.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and version control.
Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including training, evaluation, and optimization of models.
Hands-on skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, language modeling, or conversational AI.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python), and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Ability to work with datasets: data preprocessing, feature engineering, and performance evaluation using appropriate metrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design experiments and interpret results.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating in a remote, cross-functional team.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience deploying AI models to production environments and working with cloud platforms is beneficial.
Interest in staying current with AI research and industry trends, and applying relevant advances to product development.
