Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for Konax Energies’ residential and commercial solar solutions. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing digital and offline channels, coordinating content creation, and overseeing social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns. The role will involve analyzing market trends and campaign performance, optimizing budgets, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align messaging and support revenue goals. The Marketing Manager will also manage external agencies or vendors as needed, ensure consistent brand positioning, and contribute to marketing collateral and presentations.
Qualifications
Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, with experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including social media management, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Content development skills, such as briefing and reviewing marketing copy, visual assets, and sales collateral.
Analytical skills to work with marketing metrics, dashboards, and reports for campaign optimization and ROI tracking.
Experience with brand management, market positioning, and customer segmentation in B2C or B2B environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present marketing plans and results to stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Experience in renewable energy, solar, or related industries is preferred but not required.
Comfort working on-site in Pune Division and engaging regularly with sales teams, partners, and customers.
