EDTS Attorney - Remote

Position Title: EDTS Attorney
Work at the center of high-stakes employment disputes where speed, strategy, and precision matter. A nationally established labor and employment law firm is seeking an EDTS Attorney to handle sophisticated trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation. This remote attorney will develop case strategy, handle injunction-related proceedings and expedited discovery, draft substantive legal documents, and work closely with experienced attorneys across the firm's EDTS practice.
The ideal candidate is a skilled employment litigator with meaningful experience in trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes who thrives in fast-moving matters and can confidently manage complex litigation with limited oversight.
Salary Range: $135,000 - $222,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
Develop and implement litigation strategy for trade secret, restrictive covenant, and related employment disputes
Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and other substantive legal documents
Handle discovery, including expedited discovery connected to injunction proceedings
Prepare for and conduct depositions
Manage appearances at hearings and other court proceedings
Conduct sophisticated legal research and oversee day-to-day case matters
Collaborate closely with EDTS partners and attorneys throughout the firm
Requirements
Strong background in employment law, including trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation
Meaningful experience litigating trade secret and restrictive covenant matters in federal and state courts
Experience handling temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and expedited discovery
Active state bar admission, with Arizona, Nevada, and/or California admission preferred
Experience with computer forensics, electronically stored information, and e-discovery preferred
Excellent academic credentials with strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively
