Account Executive | High-Growth SaaS | Canada / West Coast US | CAD $200K–$210K OTE
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS company that is investing heavily in its North American GTM team following the appointment of an experienced VP of Sales.
This is an opportunity to join early, work alongside exceptional sales leadership, and help build something rather than inherit it.
We’re looking for Account Executives who genuinely enjoy hunting, learning new products, and winning new business.
What you’ll be doing
• Selling multiple SaaS products across a growing technology portfolio
• Managing high-volume opportunities from discovery through close
• Running consultative sales processes
• Working alongside SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Contributing to a high-energy sales culture built around coaching and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
• 3–5 years of SaaS Account Executive experience
• Experience selling multiple SaaS solutions
• Strong outbound and new-business capability
• High activity levels and a genuine hunter mentality
• Experience with Challenger, MEDDICC, Sandler, or similar sales methodologies is highly regarded
• Coachable, competitive, and commercially curious
