Brand Manager

About the role:
We're looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to champion our brand identity and bring it to life across every touchpoint. In this role, you'll be at the heart of shaping how the world perceives us - crafting compelling narratives, driving brand consistency, and building meaningful connections with our audience.
What You’ll Do:
Brand & Content Strategy
Shape our voice and storytelling across social media, campaigns, blogs, emailers, and launch communication
Develop creative concepts for product launches, milestone moments, cultural conversations, and community-first campaigns
Build narratives that simplify health intelligence into engaging, relatable content
Work closely with design and creative teams to ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints
Product Marketing
Lead messaging and positioning for new product launches and feature rollouts
Translate technical and health-focused features into consumer-friendly narratives
Create launch strategies, marketing briefs, GTM narratives, and campaign frameworks
Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to align communication strategy
Community & Culture
Build relationships with online communities, creators, and moderators across platforms like Reddit and Instagram
Identify emerging conversations, trends, and audience sentiment relevant to us
Develop campaigns that encourage participation, feedback, and community-led storytelling
Ensure our brand shows up online in a way that feels thoughtful, credible, and human
CRM & Customer Experience
Create customer communication journeys across onboarding, referrals, launches, waitlists, and retention
Write premium yet human support and lifecycle communication
Improve customer education through guides, FAQs, troubleshooting systems, and proactive communication
Partnerships & Collaborations
Support creator campaigns, retail collaborations, and launch partnerships
Work with external partners to ensure brand storytelling remains cohesive across channels and markets
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in brand marketing from reputed college who would have worked on product marketing, social strategy, or content-led consumer brands
Strong understanding of storytelling, internet culture, and consumer psychology
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to move between strategy and execution comfortably
Experience working with creators, communities, and social-first campaigns
Strong aesthetic and brand sensibility, especially within premium consumer products
Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments Bonus Points
Experience in consumer tech, wellness, wearables, or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with Reddit/community-led growth
Experience working on product launches and GTM campaigns
Strong instinct for culture, trends, and social storytelling formats
