Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a ACM to join our Malaysia team.
Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with local guilds, understand the needs and characteristics of partners, and participate in the formulation and implementation of incentive plans to increase the scale and activity of guilds, and assist in expanding their revenue.
Help guilds recruit and convert streamers through various channels, improve the training system for streamers, and enhance revenue and content quality.
Assist guilds in providing quality services to their corresponding supporter users to increase user retention.
Collaborate with product, research, and event departments to advance local business initiatives.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in English is preferred; knowledge of Malay and Chinese is not mandatory.
Experience in the live streaming industry, with direct management experience of guilds.
Strong service orientation and a desire for self-improvement.
Keen insight into the live streaming industry, ability to seize market opportunities, strong sense of responsibility, excellent stress resistance, and a proactive approach to challenges.
